please ask them to configure the firewall to open the IMAP4 port (25) and send all IMAP4
 requests to the internal ip of FCS so we can test different ways of providing as much access
  to Blackberry users as possible.
  
please ask them to configure the firewall to open the POP 3 port (110) and send
 all POP 3 requests to the internal ip of FCS so we can test different ways of providing
  as much access to Blackberry users as possible.

the IP of the FCS (first class server) is 192.168.1.41
our router has IP of 192.168.1.19
