Take Home a Computer Agreement

I understand that I am taking home a computer from Storefront and that :

A) The school is not responsible for the upkeep & fixing.

B) It contains no legal, commercial software since that would be dishonest.

C) I will be able to install free software or it by using a memory stick and transferring free software from the lab and the Internet to my new machine.

D) I understand that getting on the Web involves an Internet connection or wireless correction and so this computer will not be on the Web when I take it home.
