1) the nbx 3000 phone system would alllow us to keep our existing phone systems which is nbx 100; there is no such system as nbx1000
2) the cost is 1895 new
3) each new phone is 3102e ... $168 ... plus a $108 license AFTER acquiring the first 15
4) you provide remote tech and phone support for $2.50 per minute  with min of 30 minutes
5) a $129 refurbished 1102 phone is $129 (no license needed
