Database backups are created nightly as long as the SQLAgent Service is
running. These backups are saved in
http://support.renlearn.com/techkb/techkb/3402615e.asp.
There is free online training available for Renaissance Place. Just
contact your Renaissance Place Coordinator for information and available
times.
After installation, you should reboot this server at your convenience.
If you have questions about your install, please feel free to ask them

into our trained technical support staff with these questions.
The next step of getting things going is to install the client
applications. There are a few that are required on your machines and
these specific installers can be accessed through the Renaissance Place
program. To do this, log in using admin and ???? for your credentials.
Locate the Product Administration link under the gray Renaissanc Place
tab. Click on it and on the next screen choose Download Client
Application Installers.
Locate Accelerated Reader. There is a link to INSTALL what you need on
your clients for each application required. You can view both MAC and
Windows versions of these installers by scrolling to the bottom of the
screen before clicking any INSTALL link to choose the View All option.
