Tech Saturdays Info Sheet ¥ Do NOT give us money or
fill out this sheet until you get selected via the lottery!
We at The ChildrenÕs Storefront work
with the Wireless Harlem Initiative to provide free computers to Harlem
families with children in grades K-12. The schedule for Tech Saturdays is on
our Web site of www.techsaturdays.org
or you can call our phone of 212-427-7900 ext 333.
To sign up, you must be a Harlem
resident and get onto our Tech Saturday e-mail list. If you do not have e-mail,
then you must find a friend or relative who will send an e-mail note to
ts@cstorefront.org on your behalf. Your friend or relative will then get
notifications and will put you into the lottery.
We currently have over 200 people on
the waiting list and select names via a lottery system out of a hat. Once you get your confirmation
number, you will be asked to bring in or mail in the $20 (cash or money order,
no checks). We apologize for the delay in getting back to you via phone or
traditional mail. All of us have full time jobs and are doing this on the side
to help families in Harlem. The good news is that there will always be more
Tech Saturdays and we hope to help out as many as we can. Please direct
questions to Steve Bergen, TS@cstorefront.org and PLEASE PRINT NEATLY!
