Goal of this Technical Support Service Level Agreement

The goal of this agreement is to enhance, support and manage our Tech Saturday customer's PC/MAC support. We are looking forward to giving families of The Children's Storefront and Tech Saturdays the help they need for computer issues you might have. A secondary goal is to identify response times for settling issues with your computer and getting connected to the Internet, also to assist in our Tech Saturday customer's achievement of maximum proficiency and reliability in their desktop procedures. Please contact us at 1-866-586-0999, especially during the hours below.

Hours of Service: 2:00pm until 4:00pm, Saturday's ONLY! However, if additional coverage is required outside of these hours, the hours may be expanded.

Phone Number is 866-586-0999 ... please write this number down in several places!

The parent or guardian signing this agrees and understands that after the workshop today The Children's Storefront assumes no liability for the computer and for the SLA terms and agreement which is strictly between the family and the Wireless Harlem Initiative. The signature below reaffirms that any and all details regarding the support of the computer or the connectivity to the Internet is strictly between WHI and the family and that The Children's Storefront assumes no liability.

As a result of taking your computer home, The Children's Storefront is not guaranteeing that you will be connected via the Internet. If you decide to get connected via the Internet, we are not liable for any issues related to the Internet, related to the computer or related to the Wireless Harlem Initiative's efforts to get you connected to the Internet.
